I play tennis as much as I possibly can. I play on several teams, including both women’s teams and mixed doubles teams. The competitive seasons run for 3-4 months either in the fall or spring of each year. Top teams in the league go to local play offs and then sectionals and nationals. The teams are part of the USTA league.
Tennis has been a great way to fuel my competitive spirit. It keeps my competitive spirit on the court, rather than at work or home. It’s a lifelong sport that you can play into your 80’s and beyond.
